LaCrystal Graham

Co-Director for Elect Edwin Quarles’ Community Ambassadors

As a Retired Army Veteran, I bring a dedicated spirit of service and a deep sense of duty. Having proudly served and protected our country for the past decade, my experiences have shaped me into a disciplined leader, adaptable to diverse environments. Beyond my commitment to community, I am actively involved in local initiatives, volunteering my time and resources to uplift and strengthen neighborhoods. With a servant’s heart and a strong sense of purpose, it is my privilege to make a lasting, positive impact in the lives of those I have the honor to serve.

Crystal McArdle

Team Coordinator for Elect Edwin Quarles’ Community Ambassadors

Crystal has lived and worked in Huntersville her entire life. She is a career educator and administrator in the local school system approaching her 25th year of service to Huntersville students and families. She presently serves as the student services coordinator at Hopewell High School. Prior to her current position Crystal taught Preschool at Lake Norman Baptist. She was also one of the founding staff members of Thunderbird Academy Charter School where she first met Edwin. “Edwin served on the board of Thunderbird Academy and was a loyal supporter of the school. His leadership style provided sincere and effective support to the staff. He listened to our thoughts, concerns and ideas, helped to solve problems and build consensus with grace and ease. I believe he will use these same skills to improve Huntersville’s future, and for that reason I a proud to be coordinating his team of community ambassadors.”

Juanita Henderson Rann

Treasurer for Elect Edwin Quarles’ Community Ambassadors

I attended North Mecklenburg High School and graduated class of 1984.  I received an Associates Degree from Brookstone College of Business in Computerized Accounting.  For over 30 years I have served in a career in Executive Administrative support in conjunction with Business Management, while not negating my experience as a financial leader in various Executive Administrative roles.  I am proud to be a lifetime member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, and a six generation of the church’s founder Pastor Alex Anderson.  As a result, I have been afforded the opportunity to be the Church’s Financial Secretary, Trustee Board member, and Church Administrator.  Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church is located at 6101 Neck Road, Huntersville, NC 28078.  My grandparents John and Rosetta Henderson resided on 5909 Neck Road, Huntersville, NC 28078 before their transition which allowed me to live there my first and fifth grade school years.  I am passionate about this year’s election.  I know that they are proud of me operating in this role to assist in making changes that will continue to uphold their history and their legacy in yet still our “HOME PLACE” on Neck Road.
